Hi Friend, I’m Nicole Dube.

State-Certified Dietician-Nutritionist, Double-Board Certified Clinical and Holistic Nutritionist, and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner.

I’m also an outdoor enthusiast, soccer connoisseur, chicken wing addict, saltwater soul, and passionate founder of Forging Health.

But it’s been a long road back to this person…

About a decade ago, one vaccine shot and my first anaphylactic reaction changed everything. In a moment, all the things I’d been consuming for my entire life started causing my body to break down. Seriously–at one point, I had to use a wheelchair and was down to eating just 4 foods.

This went on for months before the doctors finally diagnosed me with MCAS and POTS. They handed me a bag of medication, advised me to go on disability and learn to live with it.

I was exhausted, scared, and desperate for answers. 

One of the biggest problems? I didn’t know where to start! As someone who was already practicing functional health, I knew about the power of nutrition & a whole-body approach. But no one could tell me WHAT foods, supplements & lifestyle practices I needed to focus on with my rare condition. Nobody knew anything!
