Make Shift Happen
Are you wanting to make a change? Whether you’re looking to improve your health, change careers, or end a toxic relationship, true transformation has to come from the inside out.
Transformation From The Inside Out
What does that mean? It means that it’s not about chaining yourself to a treadmill and eating the latest fad diet. And it’s not about white knuckling your way into a new life – it’s usually not sustainable.
It’s about your relationship with YOU. Sometimes we fall victim to our circumstances and get weighed down (pun intended) by the old tapes that play in our head – “I’m too old to change jobs.” “I’m too fat.” “This is just the way my life is going to be.” And if that’s what you truly believe – deep down in your soul – then guess what? That’s what you’re going to experience.
What You Think Of Yourself Matters
Don’t get me wrong – I’m not saying you can positive think your way through life and everything will be sunshine and rainbows. But if you have deep rooted, negative beliefs about who you are, what you deserve, and what you’re capable of, chances are you won’t get as far as you’d like.
You can’t have old beliefs about your new self. You have to erase the old tapes and replace them with new ones. And once you change your inner world, your outer world will follow. I promise!

There are many wonderful natural strategies that can be highly supportive in addressing Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS). But every person experiences MCAS differently, and there is no single diet, supplement, or medication that will work for everyone.
So, it will take some time and experimenting with both conventional and natural remedies (under the guidance of a health care practitioner) to see what works for you. But taking a holistic approach that addresses your body, mind, AND spirit is the “secret sauce” to healing. Continue reading for the strategies I use with clients and in my “Managing Mast Cells Course” (coming soon).
