Sometimes we fall victim to our circumstances and get weighed down (pun intended) by the old tapes that play in our head – “I’m too old to change jobs.” “I’m too fat.” “This is just the way my life is going to be.” And if that’s what you truly believe – deep down in your soul – then guess what? That’s what you’re going to experience.

What You Think Of Yourself Matters

Don’t get me wrong – I’m not saying you can positive think your way through life and everything will be sunshine and rainbows. But if you have deep rooted, negative beliefs about who you are, what you deserve, and what you’re capable of, chances are you won’t get as far as you’d like.

You can’t have old beliefs about your new self. You have to erase the old tapes and replace them with new ones. And once you change your inner world, your outer world will follow. I promise!
